How can I place an order?
Placing an order at Camara is easy. Browse your favorite products, select your size and add them to your shopping cart. Then go to the checkout, fill in your details and choose your payment method. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, creditcard, apple/google pay and PayPal. Choose the method that suits you best during checkout.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping because we believe everyone should be able to look great without spending extra.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Do you want to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@shopcamara.nl . Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately can no longer make changes.
How can I return a product?
You can return your order within 7 days after receiving it. Follow the return instructions that you will receive after submitting a return request.
